Payment should be by check or international money order in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, or by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
  When using your charge card, please provide card number, expiration date, your name as printed on the card, the credit card billing address (if different from the requested shipping address), the security code, as well as your phone number.
  If you prefer to pay via PayPal, you will be able to do so in Step 3 of the Shopping Cart by clicking the "Pay Now With PayPal" button. This will connect you directly and securely with our payment form at PayPal.

  All books are carefully packed and cushioned in boxes to ensure safe delivery. Oversize (larger/longer) broadsides are mailed in heavy tubes when possible (small ones are sent flat in boxes).
