This is copy #30 (of only 30), and is signed by Kinnell. Mentioned as having been reprinted from his collection WHEN ONE HAS LIVED A LONG TIME ALONE by Knopf in 1990, it is not clear whether this edition preceded or followed the 1990 separate edition by William B. Ewert (Concord, NH). It is obviously a private production, and an extremely small one at that. Wrappers sewn into card covers. Very fine in blue dj with small printed front label.
