This is one of some 60 copies, some of which were numbered (this one is not), but which, like the others, has an inlaid photo of William S. Burroughs signing books on the front cover. Some of these copies have an extra Burroughs photo inserted (this one does not); however, this copy is uniquely signed by Ferlinghetti as well as Felver. This book is a cornucopia of pictures & autograph statements of all sorts of Beat- and counterculture-related poets, writers & shakers of all sorts. 207 pages with index. 4to cloth, ca. 8.5"x10.5". Very fine in like dj (the endpapers reproduce in facsimile the first and last pages of Kerouac's annotated typescript of ON THE ROAD).
