Located in Chicago's Greektown, the Parthenon was one of Chicago's most beloved Greek restaurants for nearly five decades. It closed in 2016. Surprisingly, this cookbook published by the restaurant is hard-to-find. Square 4to, off-white boards with gilt lettering on spine.
