All this is stated in "A Note on the Magnifying Glass", a nicely printed broadside measuring 8 1/2"x11" -- numbered & signed by Heyen -- which accompanies the sheets in a deluxe cloth folder. Xerox sheets with printed colophon in 4to deluxe folder. Very fine.
