This copy is signed on p. 48 by Frank Kelly Freas ("all the best -- Kelly Freas") on the page reproducing his famous 1959 MAD cover "Great Moments in Medicine: Presenting the Bill," which is one of the magazine’s most celebrated and frequently reprinted satires.

Freas (1922-2005), a Hugo Award-winning illustrator and one of the great science fiction artists of the 20th century, was also a key contributor to MAD, and here is his signature beside one of his iconic works. Nearly fine copy in dust jacket that has some light internal foxing but otherwise is well-preserved.
