This unnumbered and unlettered copy is signed with an epigram in Hall's holograph, a feature otherwise reserved for the deluxe issue of 36 copies. The deluxe copies were issued in a special folding cloth case (not present here) and accompanied by a publisher's envelope, also lacking. There was also a regular edition of 100 numbered copies. Comprises twelve printed cards forming an unbound book. Small oblong format, each card measuring 5 × 7 inches. Near fine.
