Colophon dated 17-6-1936. An unnumbered copy. Céline’s second major novel and one of the central works of twentieth-century French literature, published four years after Voyage au bout de la nuit. Very good in a later professional hardcover binding with light rubbing and a few faint scratches to the boards. Pages toned.
